Join us and work with fantastic people, while learning and developing yourself on projects that have a real impact on our communities and society.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will assist in production planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely execution of manufacturing orders.</li><li>You will support material requirement planning (MRP) and follow-up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.</li><li>You will monitor inventory levels and help identify potential shortages or excess stock situations.</li><li>You will coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and warehouses) to ensure smooth material flow.</li><li>You will track order fulfillment status and provide updates on delivery schedules and support data preparation and reporting for key KPIs such as lead time, inventory level, and on-time delivery.</li><li>You will assist in SAP system transactions related to planning and procurement activities, also follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and resolve basic supply issues.</li><li>You will participate in continuous improvement activities related to planning and supply chain processes also maintain accurate documentation and records for planning and purchasing activities.</li><li>You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>You hold a bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong interest in production planning, procurement, and supply chain operations.</li><li>Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic analysis).</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.</li><li>Basic level of English communication (written and verbal).</li></ul>More about usAre you interested in our company?
