This role collaborates with project managers, engineering teams, and finance departments to monitor expenditures, forecast costs, and support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and process completed inspections. Address inspectors' questions and concerns.</li><li>Manage restoration billing processes from beginning to end with a high urgency on timeliness and accuracy. Develop bid packages and prepare purchase requisitions.</li><li>Ability and initiative to solve complex and unusual assignments that may arise out of the typical process.
