The Manager plays a critical leadership role in project portfolio performance, team development, and continuous improvement.                                                                                                           YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:Team Leadership &amp; Strategic Oversight<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of project managers responsible for executing mid- to large-scale projects.</li><li>Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to project team members.</li><li>Align the PMO’s objectives with broader business unit goals and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Act as a key point of escalation for resolving complex project issues or resource conflicts.</li></ul>Project Portfolio &amp; Governance<ul><li>Oversee the planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs.</li><li>Track portfolio health and performance metrics, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.</li><li>Define and refine project governance structures, including templates, standards, and tools.</li><li>Facilitate portfolio reviews and report progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Drive coordination across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and Product teams.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and execution.</li><li>Present program health and resource forecasts to executive stakeholders; support strategic planning and organizational readiness.</li></ul>Process Improvement &amp; Execution Excellence<ul><li>Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ITAR, CMMI), and project frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements across project management practices.</li><li>Support data-driven decision-making through dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, A3), Lean Six Sigma practices, and knowledge sharing.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field and six (6) or more years of relevant experience (equivalent to twelve (12) years total in education and experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role. </li><li>Two (2) years of experience managing direct or matrixed reports.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Master’s degree in a related field.</li><li>PgMP, Agile leadership certification, or Lean Six Sigma certification.</li><li>Familiarity with federal compliance (e.g., ITAR, FCPA) and enterprise maturity models (e.g., CMMI).</li><li>Experience in product development, digital transformation, or MES/ERP systems.</li><li>Demonstrated success in developing dashboards and reporting KPIs across complex portfolios.</li><li>PMP certification.</li><li>Proficiency with project scheduling and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Power BI, and SharePoint.</li><li>Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid).</li><li>Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed.</li></ul>Pay Range:$103,300.00 - $177,700.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
