We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Residential Solar Sales Consultant who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term customer relationships.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you’ll guide homeowners and business owners through the solar journey from first contact to signed agreement by understanding their energy needs, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering a standout customer experience. You'll work company-generated leads and customer referrals, manage your pipeline, and consistently push toward ambitious sales goals.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time, field-based role with local travel, ideal for someone who’s competitive, organized, and passionate about clean energy. </p><p>Requirements</p><p>  </p><ul><li>Build strong customer relationships and close solar sales</li><li>Analyze energy usage and explain financial ROI  </li><li>Create customized proposals and pricing  </li><li>Manage your sales pipeline using a CRM  </li><li>Follow up consistently to move deals forward  </li><li>Hit (and exceed) sales targets  </li><li>Grow referral and repeat business     </li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring  </strong>     </p><ul><li>2+ years of sales experience preferred. Solar, home improvement,      construction, roofing, HVAC, or other in-home sales experience is a plus.       </li><li>CRM experience  </li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation  </li><li>Strong communication skills and self-motivation </li></ul>
