Mentor, evaluate, and develop employees. Ensure development of employee technical training requirements. </li><li>Lead the Maintenance team, chartered to provide 24/7/365 maintenance, security/building systems, and emergency support for programs and production &amp; test operations.</li><li>Support and respond appropriately to emergency calls for the 24/7 operation, including security/building systems, emergency support for production and test operations, fire and gas leak alarms. Conduct proper reporting on every event to management and regulatory authorities as necessary.</li><li>Supervise and oversee the activities of contractors and external suppliers that provide in-house support to facilities and all other departments to ensure safety protocols and company rules and procedures are met.</li><li>Drive other projects as needed by management or as business needs change.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (preferred), or technical school and 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education</li><li>Ability to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.</li><li>Good communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>Contractor management experience</li><li>Previous leadership or management experience</li><li>Skilled with MSOffice Applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams.</li><li>Knowledge of building codes, permitting process, safe electrical and mechanical processes</li><li>Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies and requirements.</li><li>Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong desire to take initiative with assignments and work through ambiguity with changing priorities.</li><li>Works well under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong project management skills.</li></ul>Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)  Salary Range: $96,600.00-$128,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
