You will be responsible for running these effectively as well as improving how they work over time (leveraging AI tools).</p></li><li><p style="">Isometric champion — represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies</p></li></ul><div style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"> </div><h2><strong>Things we’re looking for:</strong></h2><ul style=""><li><p style="">1-5 years of relevant experience</p></li><li><p style="">Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, with a willingness to dive into complex topics</p></li><li><p style="">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done</p></li><li><p style="">Highly proficient with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork</p></li><li><p style="">Clear and confident communicator — able to break down technical concepts to non-expert audiences</p></li><li><p style="">Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software)</p></li><li><p style="">Desirable: STEM background</p></li></ul><div style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"> </div><h2><strong>This role isn’t for you if:</strong></h2><ul style=""><li><p style="">You want a remote job.
