The Quality Manager will lead a team of over 60 quality professionals, including Production Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Incoming Quality Control (IQC) personnel, and Line Quality minimize customer returns, and improve overall manufacturing performance.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits and ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Establish and maintain quality control plans, inspection standards, sampling plans, and process controls across SMT, PCBA, assembly, test, packaging, and battery module production.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Drive root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis tools to eliminate recurring issues.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Manage non-conforming materials and products, including MRB disposition, containment actions, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Partner with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Supply Chain, and NPI teams to ensure robust product launches and process qualification.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Lead supplier quality initiatives, including supplier audits, incoming quality performance, Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">8+ years of quality leadership experience in high-volume electronics, power electronics, battery, automotive, or renewable energy manufacturing environments.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">5+ years managing quality teams in a manufacturing plant environment.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Strong understanding of microinverters, power electronics, PCBAs, batteries, battery management systems (BMS), and electronic assembly processes.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Proven experience leading ISO 9001 and customer audits in a regulated manufacturing environment.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Deep knowledge of: APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA / GR&amp;R, 8D Problem Solving, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:10.0pt;">Experience supporting SMT, PCBA, assembly, test, and final system integration operations.</li><li style="font-family:sans-serif , This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
