Job Description <ul><li>System Administration for Company enterprise systems as directed by the Director of Global IT<ul><li>Windows server, linux server, and networks included</li></ul></li><li>Tier 2 help desk and Advanced troubleshooting </li><li>Scope, design, build and deploy systems for the Enterprise </li><li>Assist in management of operational systems</li><li>Assist in creating and updating documentation </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to IT team discussions and solutions </li><li>Train IT staff in different technical areas </li><li>This position could include up to 25% travel</li></ul> Required Qualifications <ul><li>5+ years experience in a professional information technology environment </li><li>Proficiency with virtualization and cloud environments (Hyper-V, VMware), Microsoft Cloud Azure, (dedicates instance ,VPNs, storage groups , etc.) </li><li>Experience with Microsoft products including Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.) Windows 11 environment and Windows Server 2019-2022-2025</li><li>Experience troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls, network traffic analysis and network security (MFA, VPN, VLAN, etc) </li><li>Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Windows PowerShell scripting </li><li>Proficiency with InTune MDM</li><li>Experience with Cyber Security tools and frameworks </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills  </li><li>Strong planning, scheduling and time management skills with the ability to be flexible </li><li>Ability to act on own initiative and maintain effective relationships with management, co-workers and clients </li><li>Ability to explain technology and technical solutions to non-technical clients </li><li>Creative and strategic thinking skills to identify and overcome issues </li><li>Strong desire to develop and grow in knowledge and experience </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications (experience) <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology </li><li> 7+ years of experience in information technology environment </li><li>SharePoint development </li><li>Atlassian Jira and Confluence </li><li>Laptop hardware troubleshooting </li><li>Backup and storage platforms </li><li>Engineering SW such as Ansys SCADE, CATIA, Polarion, etc. </li><li>IT Governance frameworks </li><li>Familiarity with FedRAMP, TAA, &amp; CMMC</li></ul> Please Note<ol><li>Please only post if you are a US Citizen only.
