Tons of items worth hundreds of dollars, in good or perfect condition, are destroyed, burned, or buried daily in landfills. Through innovation, we can generate an incentive to give them a second life.

GreenHunt is a mobile app that lets you earn money while walking by taking photos of abandoned furniture ("stooping"). Users view the distance to the items and pay a fee to get the exact coordinates, allowing them to navigate there and pick up free stuff.

We also digitize and scale the circular market model of receiving donations and reselling them through garage sales. We make the local circular economy easy and fun with economic incentives and gamification.

Problem 1 The UX of "Stooping" (sharing photos/locations of street finds) on Instagram or WhatsApp is terrible. It requires too many manual tasks and the information is disorganized.

Solution 1 Publish an ad with a photo and coordinates of valuable abandoned items in just 15 seconds. Earn money when someone purchases the location data.

Problem 2 Most thrift stores, garage sales, or circular economy organizations (Traperos de Emaús, Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc.) lack digitized catalogs. Their unique value is the tactile, in-person buying experience, but currently, no digital product highlights this or helps boost their operations.

Solution 2 A digital directory of nearby thrift stores, circular organizations, and garage sales including their catalogs. This simplifies the customer journey and boosts business: buying, selling, negotiating, donating, or requesting furniture pickup becomes effortless.

We are centralizing catalogs and chats for thrift stores to decentralize and scale their business model, allowing anyone to launch a circular economy market from their garage. Make money and save the planet.
