Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistency across inventory processes. Team Management &amp; Development: Supervise, coach, and support the inventory control team. Delegate tasks, manage performance, and provide training and guidance to ensure high team performance. Inventory Analysis &amp; Optimization: Analyze inventory trends, aging stock, and discrepancies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Reporting: Act as a key contact for internal departments, vendors, and logistics partners. Provide clear, actionable reporting and updates to leadership on inventory performance and risks. Lead or contribute to cross-functional supply chain projects focused on cost optimization and efficiency. Manage escalation processes for inventory-related issues and discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement and logistics to align inventory levels with demand and delivery timelines. Support internal audits and corrective actions related to inventory processes.
