A Master's degree is a plus.</li><li>Experience in quality management, auditing, or process improvement roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 certified quality management systems. Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D problem solving).</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends &amp; Self-driven, proactive, strategic mindset, strong communication and listening skills, able to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with remote teams.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
