This is an important step from HE's Global Footprint strategy.How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>Create business process maps in Adonis following the best practices and company guidelines.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, flowcharts, and work instructions.</li><li>Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficacies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with engineering and business leaders, project managers and SMEs to gather requirements and update process designs.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process design meetings.</li><li>Support the rollout of new or revised processes through training, documentation, and change management activities.</li><li>Assist with documenting business processes and creating necessary documentation for the Engineering organization as required.</li><li>Track, analyze and report process data to support the management in making data-driven decisions.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical or similar discipline.</li><li>Have at least 3-5 years of related work experience.</li><li>Good knowledge and working experience with business process mapping and working on improvements.</li><li>Thorough understanding of BPMN 2.0. Certification is desirable to have.</li><li>Working experience with business process modeling tools like Adonis, Signavia.</li><li>Expertise in business analytics is preferred.</li><li>Experience with document creation in Adobe suite.</li><li>Working knowledge in document management suite - xECM or similar.</li><li>Good understanding of lean and six sigma concepts.
