You will investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence also prepare and deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels, promoting a strong safety culture and awareness.3. You will monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to management for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.4. You will liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and other stakeholders on HSE matters. Also manage contractor safety.5. You will stay updated on new HSE legislation, industry best practices, and technological advancements to continually enhance company HSE performance and participate in emergency response planning and drills, ensuring the readiness of personnel and equipment.6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.7. In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards, Professional certification is highly desirable.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify hazards and implement effective control measures also should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence personnel at all levels.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).7.
