Project &amp; Service Support Engineer provides back office engineering and operational support for service and project activities. This role supports planning and scheduling, warranty and ISO processes, documentation control, second level technical support, and occasional site activities for CMS/CMT, ensuring effective execution and compliance with internal standards.Responsibilities / TasksMain Responsibilities:·                  Planning &amp; Scheduling: Support planning and scheduling of service and project activities using FSM. Assist in coordinating end‑to‑end planning processes for Malaysia operations with proactive notification for customer on future/preventive service scheduling. Support planning activities related to new Installation Base (IB).<ul><li>Service, Warranty &amp; ISO Support: Assist with warranty administration for both service and project scopes. Support ISO process compliance, including documentation tracking and process coordination. Coordinate service calibration activities and ensure proper completion and records.</li></ul>·                  Technical &amp; Back‑Office Support: Provide 2nd‑level ticketing and technical support to service and back‑office teams. Assist with purchase order (PO) chasing and coordination with internal stakeholders. Support day‑to‑day back‑office operational activities related to service and projects.·                  Documentation &amp; Control: Act as project documentation controller, ensuring records are complete and up to date. Prepare and maintain local equipment documentation, drawings, and technical records. Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and audit requirements.·                  Condition Monitoring (CMS / CMT): Support occasional site visits for Condition Monitoring Service (CMS) and Condition Monitoring Testing (CMT). Assist service engineers during site activities where technical or documentation support is required.·                  Commercial: Creates standard quotation for project/service quotation as needed by the division  Key Knowledge &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Basic technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical engineering systems, preferably related to industrial equipment and service operations.</li><li>Understanding of service and project execution workflows, including planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.</li><li>Knowledge of warranty processes, service documentation, and basic ISO quality system requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with service management systems (e.g. SAP FSM) and ticketing workflows is an advantage.</li><li>Strong skills in documentation control, record keeping, and preparation of technical and project-related documents.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills to work with service engineers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to handle a hybrid role involving both administrative and technical responsibilities.</li><li>Basic troubleshooting capability to provide 2nd‑level technical support under guidance.</li><li>Willingness and flexibility to travel to site occasionally when required.</li></ul> Your Profile / QualificationsProfile And Qualifications·         Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).<ul><li>1–3 years of experience in industrial equipment servicing is an advantage;</li><li>Willingness to support occasional site activities</li></ul><ul><li>Possess a valid driving licence and own transport,</li><li>Certification in Project Management (PMP or CAPM) is an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with SAP system software (e.g. service, project, or logistics modules) is an advantage.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
