Every role contributes to that mission whether you’re engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers.What You’ll DoAs a core member of the infrastructure team, you’ll be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager and Cyber Security Manager to ensure our systems are not only high-performing and resilient but also secure by design.Your day-to-day will include:<ul><li>Managing and maintaining servers, storage, networking, and virtualisation platforms</li><li>Leading patch management, system upgrades, and infrastructure automation initiatives</li><li>Supporting cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, M365) and hybrid environments</li><li>Implementing hardening standards and security controls across infrastructure</li><li>Provide system monitoring, reviewing alerts and triaging infrastructure issues</li><li>Collaborating on incident response, vulnerability remediation, and cyber investigations</li><li>Contributing to infrastructure roadmaps, policies, and best practices</li></ul>What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to help us build, secure, and maintain the systems that keep our business running safely and efficiently.<ul><li>Strong experience in infrastructure engineering across Windows environments </li><li>Strong experience in implementing and managing technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Servers, MS-SQL, Citrix, Cisco switching, Meraki</li><li>Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) </li><li>Hands-on experience with patching, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery </li><li>Experience with cyber security principles, tools, and frameworks </li><li>A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and automation</li></ul>Bonus if you have: Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, email filtering, large file transfer applications, and a passion for building new processes that make infrastructure more secure and resilient.What We OfferYou’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team where infrastructure and cyber security go hand-in-hand.
