The ideal candidate will help keep the office running smoothly by handling clerical tasks, assisting staff, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records.What you’ll be doing In this role, you will take ownership of analytical and reporting activities across the asset portfolio, including:<ul> <li>Greet visitors and provide general assistance</li> <li>Schedule meetings, appointments, and office activities</li> <li>Maintain filing systems, records, and office documents</li> <li>Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, and forms</li> <li>Order and manage office supplies</li> <li>Handle mail, deliveries, and basic data entry</li> <li>Support managers and team members with administrative tasks</li> <li>Keep common office areas organized and professional</li> <li>Assist with invoices, receipts, and other basic office paperwork as needed</li> <li>Help in events organization What you’ll gain (add 2 for the specific role at the end)</li> <li>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one</li> <li>Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.</li> <li>Broader commercial understanding through close collaboration with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Stronger performance, and decision-support skills in a real-world context</li> <li>This is an entry level position that gives the opportunity to grow together with the Scatec presence in Romania. </li></ul>What you’ll bringExperience and qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor degree – Can be a recent graduate</li> <li>Previous office or administrative experience preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize work</li> <li>Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude</li> <li>Attention to detail and willingness to learn</li> <li>Strong English language communication skills</li></ul>What it’s like to work at ScatecAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
