Job BriefThis role is primarily responsible to develop visual communications on moderately complex project requirements and provide end-to-end design solutions to key stakeholders. This includes managing the design from conceptualization, implementation and production of high-quality brochures, technical reports, editorial, advertisement content, and all other relevant marketing collaterals. Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Manage end-to-end graphic design production efforts including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collaterals</li><li>Lay out bid documents, capability statements and other work winning materials</li><li>Create unique concepts and produce presentation materials for internal and external events such as seminars, workshops, and client events</li><li>Prepare artwork such as banners, stands, and staging and format and layout based on templates and bespoke designs</li><li>Edit, retouch, and correct images and layouts</li><li>Create and edit diagrams, organization and process charts, infographics, and iconography</li><li>Prepare content for digital channels including social media, web, and other relevant platforms</li><li>Convert print materials into interactive materials</li><li>Collate and manage content and feedback from various sources including writers, managers, and graphic designers</li><li>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and ensure project briefs and deadlines are successfully achieved</li><li>Ensure the visual brand identity guidelines are always adhered to</li><li>Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager</li><li>May participate in client meetings and directly interact with client to gather information and discuss project requirements</li><li>Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead and Manager. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.</li></ul>
