Roles and Responsibility:<ul><li>Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision</li><li>Responsible for managing end-to-end DC operations Including Inward, Inventory, Outward, Transport and Order processing</li><li>Monitor end-to-end orders fulfilment to ensure accuracy and timely completeness</li><li>Ensure 100% safety compliance in all warehouse activities.</li><li>Managing warehouse staff and ensuring optimal performance.</li><li>Ensure minimum stock level at Ahmedabad DC in coordination with planning team.</li><li>Monitor OTIF and drive for improvement.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels, track movement, and prevent discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure utilization of outward vehicles and drive for vehicle loadability improvement.</li><li>Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly</li><li>Designing storage layouts to improve product flow, accelerate picking times, and utilize space efficiency</li><li>Coordinate with Transportation team for timely vehicle placement and delivery to end customer</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Exp of 6 - 10 Yrs in Logistics and Warehouse Management</li><li>With Any Educational background if anything from supply chain management will be much preferred.</li><li>Proven success in managerial employment with a focus on logistics and warehouse operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations</li><li>Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices</li><li>Good knowledge of MS excels and SAP system</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills and organizational skills</li></ul>
