Convert every signed vendor into a productive one within 30 days. Run onboarding sessions (live and recorded), enable vendors and make the first-lead handover call, fix anything that breaks in the first 60 days.</li><li style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos , sans-serif;">Day-to-day vendor operations. First point of contact for vendor escalations across programs. Triage stuck applications, settlement queries, lead disputes. Resolve issues by coordinating with internal Tech, Settlements, Customer Support, and external partners.</li><li style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos , sans-serif;">Vendor enablement. Maintain the vendor-facing knowledge base including flyers, FAQs, training videos, portal status copy. Train internal teams (Care, Settlements) on dispute handling. Share insights from the vendors or collated from the BDM sales team on vendor feedback - what’s working vs not working.
