Our culture supports our values by fostering innovative and critical thinking and a deep belief in living up to our promises.   Headquartered in the United States, Pattern has a global portfolio of more than 30 power facilities and transmission assets, serving various customers that provide low-cost clean energy to millions of consumers.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>Job PurposeThe Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to source, attract and hire qualified candidates to our organization. Duties and Key AccountabilitiesThe key responsibilities will include as a minimum the following:<ul> <li>Identify and source top talent across multiple departments and job levels. </li> <li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing specialized job boards, social networks, networking events and various avenues.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives. </li> <li>Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels in multiple locations; this includes posting jobs, prescreening resumes, phone interviewing candidates, scheduling phone, in-person interviews, coordinating travel if necessary.</li> <li>Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.</li> <li>Develop collaborative relationships and partner with hiring managers and HR team to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process. </li> <li>Regularly follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. </li> <li>Update and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.</li> <li>Track critical recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities.</li> <li>Other special projects as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Experience/Qualifications/Education Required Educational Experience<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree </li> <li>3-5 years of experience as an in-house recruiter</li></ul>Additional RequirementsMust possess strengths in the following areas:<ul> <li>Proven ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff. </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Must have recruiting experience in the energy industry</li> <li>A self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team environment.</li> <li>Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task candidates and hiring managers at different stages of the recruitment life cycle.</li> <li>Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes. </li> <li>Solid ability to train hiring managers in conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency, behavior based).</li> <li>Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources. </li> <li>Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and decision making skills.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul> <li>Computer skills: Proficiency in iCIMS or similar ATS platforms; LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul> The expected starting pay range for this role is $50.00 - $60.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education.
