You will help foster a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion -safe and respectful workplace, where we invite everyone to bring their whole selves to work using unique talents, backgrounds and expertise to create transformational outcomes for our clients.Job Responsibilities: At AECOM we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company, for this role we believe your starting point is:<ul><li>To take a key role representing AECOM on MEP projects, leading your own discipline and also managing engineers of a complementary discipline</li><li>Able to work using your own initiative with minimal supervision on all technical aspects of your electrical discipline or have specific specialist experience applicable to the role.</li><li>Complete detailed designs and support the work of others in this function.</li><li>Prepare specifications, schedules, drawings, and other contract documents through the RIBA project stages.</li><li>Attend project and client meetings on behalf of AECOM.</li><li>Demonstrate good attention to detail and show pride in the work produced.</li><li>Have an ability to inspire confidence in team members and then use this to strengthen team relationships.</li><li>To mentor and assist with the development of junior engineers</li><li>Manage your own time on projects to suit deadlines and complete your assigned tasks</li><li>To have a strong interest in or experience using digital and parametric design tools.</li></ul>You will need to be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to design and deliver Building Services projects.Minimum Requirements: <ul><li>Relevant experience in design and delivery of projects within the consulting industry (preferable)</li><li>Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business</li><li>Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, able to inspire, influence and negotiate.</li><li>Available to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way</li><li>Experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion</li><li>Experience in working knowledge of REVIT / CAD is preferred</li></ul>
