Job DescriptionIn this role, the Coordinator will:<ul><li>Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all GCG and fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple</li><li>asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Along with internal stakeholders, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and</li><li>group events.</li><li>Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation. </li><li>Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials.</li><li>Pro-actively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.</li><li>Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve operational processes</li><li>Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure</li><li>appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.</li><li>Available and responsive throughout each event and on-site management of events where necessary. Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
