This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform membrane cleaning, testing, and preparation in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>Inspect membrane products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.</li><li>Prepare materials for shipment and transportation to various Xylem branches and customer locations.</li><li>Safely operate equipment and tools required for membrane processing and material handling.</li><li>Maintain accurate production and inventory records as needed.</li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.</li><li>Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and operational goals.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Forklift experience is a plus but not required.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is $20.60 per hour.
