The role involves providing advanced technical support, performing root cause analysis, ensuring network availability, and escalating complex issues when required. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or Network Support roles. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Monitor network, server, and application performance using NOC monitoring tools. </li><li>Investigate and resolve Level 2 network incidents and service disruptions. </li><li>Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, and wireless connectivity issues. </li><li>Analyze alarms, alerts, and performance metrics to identify potential problems. </li><li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents. </li><li>Coordinate with Level 1 support teams and provide technical guidance. </li><li>Escalate critical issues to Level 3 engineers, vendors, or service providers as required. </li><li>Manage incidents, problems, and change requests according to ITIL processes. </li><li>Incident resolution within SLA and monitor network uptime and availability. </li><li>Maintain network documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and incident reports. </li><li>Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). </li><li>Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and network upgrades. </li><li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.</li></ul>RequirementsTechnical Skills Required <ul><li>Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Spanning-Tree, ACL, Port-Channel, Redundancy Protocols etc., </li><li>Experience in troubleshooting the Switching &amp; Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP &amp; BGP). </li><li>Experience with network monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor, SolarWinds or similar. </li><li>Good hands-on in Cisco Products and Palo Alto/Fortinet or equivalent security products. </li><li>Experience in troubleshooting VPN, SD-WAN, and Internet connectivity issues. </li><li>Understanding network security concepts and firewall management. </li><li>Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage. </li><li>Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA or equivalent preferred. </li></ul>Soft Skills <ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment. </li><li>Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Ability to perform under pressure during critical incidents.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Work from Home set-up </li><li>Comprehensive medical benefits</li><li>Gratuity, PF, EPS and Bonus, NPS </li><li>Shift Allowances </li><li>On-call Allowance </li><li>Health and wellness Allowances </li><li>Learning and Development Allowances </li><li>No question asked certification policy </li><li>Certification Bounty Bonus</li></ul>
