Performs BIM modeling and design tasks for electrical building systems on large-scale projects, primarily within the Middle East region. Works independently under limited supervision, applying technical expertise to develop coordinated 3D models and construction documentation in alignment with project and digital delivery standards.Supports project execution while contributing to BIM capability development and team performance.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develops and maintains 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project specifications and standards.</li><li>Produces detailed construction drawings and documentation, including lighting layouts, power distribution, cable routing, containment systems, earthing, and single-line diagrams (as applicable).</li><li>Provides direct project support and production for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.</li><li>Ensures compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project-specific standards.</li><li>Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to resolve clashes and ensure proper system integration.</li><li>Performs QA/QC checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.</li><li>Utilizes and maintains Revit families, templates, and content libraries aligned with project requirements.</li></ul>Technical Excellence &amp; Digital Delivery:<ul><li>Provides training and technical support to design staff on BIM tools, workflows, and modeling best practices.</li><li>Assists in resolving Revit modeling, documentation, and coordination challenges.</li><li>Supports the development and enhancement of BIM standards, content libraries, and workflows.</li><li>Contributes to improving model efficiency, data accuracy, and digital delivery processes.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>10-15 years of experience in Revit-based electrical design and drafting.</li><li>Demonstrated experience on large-scale Middle East projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, or infrastructure).</li><li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) for electrical systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of BIM processes, LOD, BEP, and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.</li><li>Experience in clash detection and coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).</li><li>Knowledge of electrical systems design principles and applicable codes/standards.</li><li>Ability to work independently with limited supervision.</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Strong technical capability in electrical BIM modeling and documentation.</li><li>High attention to detail and quality assurance.</li><li>Effective coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to mentor and support junior team members.</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented approach to project challenges.</li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>Part of the Digital Engineering / BIM team supporting multidisciplinary project delivery.</li><li>May involve coordination with regional and global teams.</li></ul>
