We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team delivering an inspirational sports and entertainment legacy across Queensland.AECOM has been appointed by the Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (GIICA) as the Delivery Partner for the $7.1bn Games Venues Infrastructure Program.This achievement is celebrated with our joint venture partner Laing O’Rourke, a strategic team formed to support the delivery of 17 new and upgrades sport, recreation, and entertainment venues across Queensland for 2032 and beyond.  Join the team to help deliver world-class venues and infrastructure that will leave a lasting legacy for Queensland.This role will involve managing contract administration processes for key projects, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle. If you have a passion for large-scale infrastructure projects and want to be part of a team that is shaping the future, we want to hear from you!<ul><li>Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.</li><li>Review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring compliance with AECOM policies and regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of contract documents, amendments, and correspondence.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.</li><li>Provide guidance on contract-related matters to project teams.</li></ul>
