This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely service delivery and handling the following facets:• Company Benefits• Government Benefits• Employee Engagement• Performance Management• Payroll and Timekeeping• Labor and Employee Relations · Schedule: Nightshift M-F, 9 PM TO 6 AM· Onsite in Mabalacat, Pampanga What you'll do:<ul><li>Provide support in Operations and provide guidance on policies and procedures and drive compliance.</li><li>Ensure that company processes and guidelines are consistently implemented based on the company standard.</li><li>Establish and maintain good relations with business partners and influence positive company culture.</li><li>Handle case management and support with company engagement activities.</li><li>Coordinate the production managers in taking care of the movement of employees, promotion, layoff, transfer, resignation, etc.</li><li>Conduct employee relations concerns and determine the type of disciplinary actions that will be imposed on certain offenses based on the Company handbook</li><li>Responsible for the overall compliance of the HR solutions and HR Procedures applied at the business assigned.</li></ul> Must Haves:<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience and extensive knowledge in Human Resources and Admin in the BPO/Shared Service industry.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree of any course</li><li>Possesses good communication skills, has strong commitment to work, with a can-do attitude.</li><li>Excellent management abilities while interacting effectively with people from diverse backgrounds (internal and external) at all organizational levels.</li><li>Experience in supporting in the areas of Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, Employee Relations and Discipline.</li><li>Responsible for the overall compliance of the HR solutions and HR Procedures applied at the business assigned.</li></ul> <div>Thank you</div>
