The core financial system will be built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with additional modules developed in-house. This role is primarily focused on configuring financial systems and processes in D365 and serves as a key liaison between internal software development teamResponsibilities will include:<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Participate in the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP platform, with primary ownership of financial modules including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Partner with Finance and Accounting SMEs to design and document workflows, business processes, and system configurations that support accurate and efficient financial operations.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Collaborate closely with internal software development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions for in-house ERP modules.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Support the configuration and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 financials, including period-end close, accounting distributions, AP/AR processes, and related financial workflows.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts to support financial reporting and period-end validation.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Administer ERP security access controls including role design, user provisioning, and segregation of duties compliance.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues across financial modules, coordinating with internal developers and business teams as needed.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Support integrations between the ERP and adjacent systems such as WMS and TMS as a secondary responsibility; technical integration development experience is a plus but not required.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Document configurations, support procedures, and training materials; support end-user guidance to enable business self-sufficiency.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">3–7 years of experience supporting or implementing ERP platforms, with a strong focus on financial modules including GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and period close.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, or comparable ERP financials experience with a willingness to learn D365.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Comfortable working at the intersection of finance and technology, bridging Accounting and Finance stakeholders with software development teams.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Good understanding of finance processes.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Strong aptitude to use AI tools to enable easier integrations and configurations with D365.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Familiarity with ERP integration with upstream and downstream systems.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Strong cross-functional communication skills; experience working directly alongside Finance and Accounting stakeholders.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:2;">Organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance project work alongside ongoing support; experience with a ticketing or project tracking system preferred.</li></ul> <div>The position is full-time.
