As a C&amp;I ESS Technical Sales Manager, you will combine technical expertise with commercial insight to support customers on their journey toward smarter, more sustainable energy solutions. Let’s dive in:</div><br><ul><li>Drive the development of the C&amp;I energy storage business in Czechia by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities</li><li>Act as the technical sales expert, translating customer needs into tailored ESS and hybrid solutions</li><li>Support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through technical proposal, negotiation, and contract closure</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to design competitive solutions and ensure alignment between technical and commercial requirements</li><li>Support the commissioning and handover of BESS projects, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, partners, consultants, and end customers</li></ul></div>            Your profile<br>                <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><div>All right, all right… that sounded exciting, didn’t it? Now, to truly thrive in this role, your background will look something like this:</div><br><ul><li><div>Degree in engineering, energy technology, or a related technical field</div></li><li><div>Proven experience in technical sales within energy storage, solar, or a related renewable sector</div></li><li><div>Solid understanding of C&amp;I energy systems, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value</div></li><li><div>Experience with commissioning, testing, or technical support of commercial energy systems is a strong advantage</div></li><li><div>Hands-on knowledge of BESS, PV inverters, EMS, or grid connection topics is a strong plus</div></li><li><div>Fluency in Czech and English at C1 level</div></li><li><div>Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage product lifecycle activities such as rollout, validation, partner training, and market promotion</div></li><li><div>Confident in solving technical challenges across a diverse renewable energy portfolio and collaborating with cross-functional teams</div></li></ul></div>
