This role blends technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement- translating business needs into scalable HRIS solutions, improving processes, and enabling better decision-making across HR and the firm. This is an ideal role for someone who is innovative, highly organized, and thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and people.</p><h2>You will be responsible for</h2><ul> <li><strong>Owning and optimizing HR technology platforms, including UKG and iCIMS:</strong></li> <ul>  <li>Serving as system expert and primary point of contact for configuration, reporting, integrations, and ongoing enhancements</li>  <li>Ensuring system integrity, performance, and alignment with HR, recruiting, and business needs</li> </ul> <li><strong>Translating business needs into solutions:</strong></li> <ul>  <li>Partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to assess needs and define requirements</li>  <li>Designing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience</li> </ul> <li><strong>Driving reporting, analytics, and insights:</strong></li> <ul>  <li>Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or similar tools)</li>  <li>Delivering clear, actionable insights to inform workforce and business decisions</li>  <li>Ensuring strong data integrity and governance across reporting outputs</li> </ul> <li><strong>Leveraging technology and AI to improve outcomes:</strong></li> <ul>  <li>Identifying opportunities to apply automation, AI tools, or advanced analytics to streamline processes and enhance insights</li>  <li>Staying current on emerging capabilities and recommending practical application to add business value</li> </ul> <li><strong>Leading projects and continuous improvement:</strong></li> <ul>  <li>Managing HRIS-related initiatives (system enhancements, integrations, reporting improvements) end-to-end</li>  <li>Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort</li> </ul> <li><strong>Strengthening stakeholder partnerships:</strong></li> <ul>  <li>Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities</li>  <li>Communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences</li> </ul> <li><strong>Supporting and enabling users:</strong></li> <ul>  <li>Troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable fixes</li>  <li>Providing training, guidance, and documentation to improve adoption and consistency</li> </ul></ul><h2>You will have the following skills and qualifications</h2><ul> <li><strong>Experience</strong>  <ul>   <li>5+ years of HRIS experience, ideally in an analyst or senior analyst role</li>   <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>UKG / UltiPro / UKG Pro (strongly preferred)</strong></li>   <li>Experience with <strong>iCIMS or another talent acquisition system preferred</strong></li>   <li>Experience supporting HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, or performance management</li>   <li>Bachelor’s degree</li>  </ul></li> <li><strong>Core Capabilities</strong>  <ul>   <li>Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach</li>   <li>Proven ability to assess needs and translate them into effective system solutions</li>   <li>Experience managing projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders</li>   <li>Strong data and reporting skills, including experience with <strong>Power BI or similar tools</strong></li>  </ul></li> <li><strong>Ways of Working</strong>  <ul>   <li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities</li>   <li>Collaborative and proactive in building relationships across teams</li>   <li>Clear, confident communicator—able to simplify complex topics</li>   <li>Comfort with <strong>emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools</strong>, and using them to improve efficiency and insights</li>  </ul></li> <li><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>  <ul>   <li>Experience with HRIS implementations or major system enhancements</li>   <li>Familiarity with integrations across HR, recruiting, payroll, and finance systems</li>   <li>Exposure to data governance, compliance, and audit practices</li>   <li>Experience applying <strong>automation, AI, or advanced analytics</strong> within HR or business processes</li>  </ul></li></ul><p>Presently legally authorized to work in the United States.  No immigration sponsorship or processing required. </p><h2>Life @ Exponent</h2><p>To learn more about life at Exponent and our impact, please visit the following links:https://www.exponent.com/careers/life-exponent https://www.exponent.com/company/our-impact</p><p> </p><p>We value and encourage diversity, equity and inclusion across all facets of our firm.
