AECOM is actively seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to oversee Federal environmental remediation projects.  The candidate will work from the Providence, Rhode Island AECOM office on a hybrid basis.  (On average 3 days a week in office, flexible arrangement).  Other responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:<ul><li>Familiar with project invoicing and cash flow management</li><li>Manages and directs professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects</li><li>Leads teams by utilizing advanced scientific principles, theories, and practices</li><li>Utilizes existing technologies and past experience to develop technical solutions to complex problems</li><li>Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance</li><li>Analyzes financial statements and completes budget tracking</li><li>Performs work with minimal direction with periodic reporting to area manager</li><li>Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studies</li><li>Performs complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems with the support of the project team</li><li>Supervises junior and mid-level staff during all phases of project work</li><li>Conducts reviews and provides staff feedback for continued improvement</li></ul>
