We are currently seeking a Project Planning &amp; Scheduling Specialist to join the team delivering an inspirational sports and entertainment legacy across Queensland.AECOM has been appointed by the Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (GIICA) as the Delivery Partner for the $7.1bn Games Venues Infrastructure Program.This achievement is celebrated with our joint venture partner Laing O’Rourke, a strategic team formed to support the delivery of 17 new and upgrades sport, recreation, and entertainment venues across Queensland for 2032 and beyond.  Join the team to help deliver world-class venues and infrastructure that will leave a lasting legacy for Queensland.As a Project Planning &amp; Scheduling Specialist at AECOM, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely project delivery, and optimizing resource allocation. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using industry-standard software.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.</li><li>Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.</li><li>Analyze schedule performance and provide insights on potential risks and opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and present schedule reports and updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Assist in the development of project plans and resource allocation strategies.</li><li>Implement best practices in project scheduling and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Support the project team in understanding scheduling methodologies and processes.</li></ul>
