We provide consultancy services to the nuclear new build, decommissioning sectors, MoD facilities, ITER and the DIO. Our Warrington office supports and provides an array of consultancy services to various diverse clients including: <ul><li>Defence sector providing multi-disciplinary new build support to various clients. </li><li>MoD supporting the Nuclear CASD providing new facilities around the UK </li><li>Defence Infrastructure Organisation </li><li>Nuclear new build sector where we are providing engineering support to the developers of the UK’s fleet of new nuclear power stations </li><li>Decommissioning Sector, which requires considerable new build to enable decommissioning, where AECOM provides support to the entire Nuclear Estate. </li><li>Joint ventures overseas, providing engineering expertise from cradle to grave. </li></ul>Here’s what you’ll do:: The Senior Systems Engineer is a role within the AECOM Nuclear business and involves supporting various systems engineering activities throughout the whole life cycle.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Working within the Systems Engineering function to provide support to the Systems Engineering Discipline Lead in Requirements Management, Configuration Management, Interface Management and IVVQ.</li><li>Interface with client technical and non-technical teams, remotely and directly on-site.</li><li>Authoring and reviewing technical documentation and processes.</li><li>Apply Systems Engineering best practices and approaches to grow the Systems Engineering capability within the engineering team.</li><li>Managing end-to-end lifecycle traceability &amp; reporting to achieve certification and delivery. </li></ul>You are expected to be able to work on your own and as part of a team liaising with engineers of different disciplines, to ensure a complete and unified design.  Come grow with us.Become part of our dynamic nuclear team, which boasts a team of leading and innovating industry experts.
