The Business Case Senior Manager is responsible for analyzing trends and metrics, and designing and executing project plans to convert analysis to action plans and solutions. The position will also be responsible for developing timely, accurate, and actionable data and analysis to help guide the business.General Responsibilities • Directs cost and financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals • Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company’s portfolio of businesses • Routinely communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics • Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications • Lead scenario modeling efforts for the development and growth of the portfolio • Participate as a key thought leader of the global finance team, influencing decision making, identifying finance priorities, managing directly and indirectly - finance staff in multiple locations • Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate accounting consolidation and closing process and treasury operations through analytical review and trend analysis • Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools • Support the strategic business planning process • Directs, coaches, and develops a team of financial professionals to ensure financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members • Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal &amp; collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers<ul><li>Lead the Business Case preparation for all areas:<ul><li>Sales: New Business Opportunities, Price negotiations, Volume change</li><li>Operations: Capacity increase, Footprint, Facilities, Automation, Insourcing / Outsourcing, Productivity Projects, VAVEs, Inventory Management.</li><li>PLO/RD&amp;E: Product development, Market Expansion, Business Pursue, R&amp;D, Eng Laboratories, CTO, Mechanization</li><li>PMT: Full support to PMT organization providing the data analysis for the Investments, Gate Reviews and Engineering Changes</li></ul></li><li>Responsible for Capex Control (Budget, Forecast, and Outlook), Capital in Progress and Fixed Assets evaluation</li><li>Maintain annual Profitability analysis and comparison to Original Business Case and Final Gate Review</li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to the Auto Leadership Team, providing insights into investment perceptions, market expectations, and value-creation opportunities.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Program Management team in order to support any financial analysis</li></ul>Gross Annual Salary Range:EUR 39,840.00 - EUR 54,780.00The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.Starting SalaryThe starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.).
