In this role, you will be responsible for owning the P&amp;L and developing robust business cases for our operational facilities, driving financial visibility, accountability, and strategic decision-making. You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Finance leadership to ensure our assets are managed with both operational excellence and financial discipline.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own the P&amp;L for Operating Assets across Reno, NV and Ridgeville, SC, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights.</li><li>Develop and maintain business cases for new and existing operating initiatives, capital deployment, and expansion opportunities.</li><li>Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to align operational performance with financial targets.</li><li>Drive monthly and quarterly reporting processes, analyzing performance vs. plan, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.</li><li>Build models and dashboards to forecast financial performance and evaluate investment decisions.</li><li>Support leadership in strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives, ensuring alignment of operational execution with company objectives.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of business operations processes, systems, and financial controls.</li><li>Provide a deep level of understanding &amp; engagement with the Production teams.</li><li>Drive Financial Reporting improvements with Analysts on the team. </li><li>Proactively provide recommendations to Manufacturing &amp; Business Development teams to improve P&amp;L. </li><li>Translate questions to data, and data to answers</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of Business Operations experience with experience working with a Manufacturing operation. </li><li>Preferably some experience in metals &amp; mining or battery manufacturing.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or Engineering.</li><li>Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing P&amp;L ownership, financial reporting, or operational cost control.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.</li><li>A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for operational excellence and sustainability.</li></ul><div><p><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">The position is full-time.
