You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations and our B2B customers to shape a product that delivers real value to delivery services and fleet operators.</p><ul><li>Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer and business needs</li><li>Working closely with Engineering and Design teams on new feature concepts</li><li>Conducting customer interviews and requirements analysis with B2B delivery customers</li><li>Defining user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics (KPIs)</li><li>Driving the product development process from idea to launch</li><li>Analyzing the market and competitive landscape in Bike-as-a-Service / Mobility</li><li>Acting as the interface between leadership, sales, operations and the tech team</li></ul>            Your skills and qualifications<br>                <ul><li>Several years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B or platform environment</li><li>Experience working with Engineering and Design teams using agile methods</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decisions</li><li>Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Experience using tools like Jira, Linear, Notion or similar</li><li>Good German and English skills</li><li>Nice to have<ul><li>Interest in mobility, logistics or sharing-economy topics</li><li>Experience in mobility, logistics or fleet management</li><li>Background in hardware-adjacent or physical products</li></ul></li></ul>            What you can expect from us<br>                <ul><li>Competitive salary aligned with your skills and experience</li><li>High ownership and direct influence on product strategy</li><li>Work on a product with tangible social and environmental impact</li><li>Flexible working hours and remote/hybrid options</li><li>Dynamic environment with short decision-making paths</li></ul>            Diversity<br>                <p>CYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
