Responsibilities <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Lead grid code compliance assessment for PCS and BESS products across Europe, focusing on selected international markets (e.g. Germany, UK, others)</li><li>Act as a key Europe-based technical interface for grid compliance and market requirements.</li><li>Define and maintain product requirements based on applicable grid codes, connection requirements, and evolving regulatory frameworks</li><li>Support certification activities, grid integration studies, and compliance with connection agreements</li><li>Monitor changes to grid codes, market requirements, and ancillary service frameworks, translating them into product improvements and technical requirements.</li><li>Act as the technical interface between customers, system operators, certification bodies, and internal teams on grid compliance matters</li><li>Support customer engagements, strategic bids, and technical due diligence activities.</li><li>Identify technical risks related to grid connection and drive their resolution with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and the development of internal grid compliance expertise</li></ul> Requirements <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.</li><li>Experience in power systems, BESS, PCS, or renewable energy</li><li>Deep understanding of European grid codes and grid integration requirements, including the EU Requirements for Generators (RfG) 1.0 and 2.0.</li><li>Experience with grid code compliance processes, especially on requirements for simulation models. </li><li>Understanding of power system simulation tools such as PSCAD, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or ETAP</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams</li><li>Experience with grid-forming technologies, ancillary services, flexibility markets, or utility-scale energy storage projects would be an advantage, as would exposure to advisory, due diligence, or international grid code compliance</li><li>Chinese language skills would be advantageous</li></ul>
