HR Administration:<ul><li>Vendor Management and ensure compliance to all regulations</li><li>Liaison with Government authorities for Labor licenses and other audits as and when required</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.</li><li>Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review.</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.</li><li>Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective.</li></ul>Facility Management:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities.</li><li>Manage inventory and procurement of office and facility supplies.</li><li>Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</li></ul>Employee Relations:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.</li><li>Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.</li><li>Foster positive employee relations through regular communication, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.</li></ul>Industrial Relations (IR):<ul><li>Interpret and implement labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.</li><li>Act as a liaison between management and Blue Collar, facilitating negotiations and resolving disputes.</li><li>Monitor and analyze trends in employee relations and recommend proactive measures to maintain a harmonious work environment.</li><li>Recording the resolutions of Employee Grievance</li></ul>Recruitment and Onboarding:<ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.</li><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the plant.</li><li>Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.</li></ul>Performance Management:<ul><li>Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees.</li><li>Assist in developing performance improvement plans and monitoring progress.</li></ul>Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
