Electrician

<div> Venture Solar is hiring a DE and/or MD Licensed Electrician.  $1500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR MD ELECTRICIAN LICENSE As a Licensed Electrician in the state of DE/MD, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning PV solar systems</li><li>Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment</li><li>Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components</li><li>Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them</li><li>Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units</li></ul>What you’ll bring:<ul><li>Valid Electrical license in the state of DE and/or MD</li><li>Must be willing to drive to the Wilmington, DE warehouse every morning</li><li>Experience as an electrician with solar required</li><li>Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred</li><li>Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints</li><li>Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines</li><li>Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability</li><li>Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime</li><li>A valid driver's license is required</li><li>Can work well independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Physical Demands:<ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds </li><li>Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs</li><li>Ability to work in attics</li></ul>Additional Company Benefits:<ul><li>Affordable Health, vision, dental and life insurance with monthly employer contributions</li><li>HSA, FSA, Employee Assistance Program and more</li><li>Company 401K with Company match after 1 year</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Employee Bonus for Referrals</li><li>Reward for excellence bonus structure</li></ul>Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role. $45- $50 per hour.
