Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>The order input interface with TSS and Sales to receive all the documents.</li><li>Distribute the orders to Design Engineers according to prodcut classification and workload.</li><li>Monitor our design work planning everyday and make sure all the task will be finished on time according to design lead time benchmark.</li><li>Finish drawings and BOMs check on time to avoid any delay compared with design benchmark.</li><li>Be responsible of drawings standardization.</li><li>Responsible of the regular technical training for mechanical seal, improve the design skills for design engineers to reduce the design error rate.</li><li>The interface with EBG design support, including technical clarification and planning monitor.</li><li>Discuss &amp; clarify technical issues with customer, supplier, and internal functions.</li><li>Conduct seal failure (root cause) analysis.</li><li>Technical support for Pre-Sales and After-Sales/Service.                                            </li><li>Daily staff management.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelar’s degree and the above, major in mechanical engineering or related area.</li><li>Professional in rotating equipment/mechanical seal industry.</li><li>Good English communication skills.</li><li>Good knowledge for the property of metal and O ring material.</li><li>Good knowledge of API 692 ...</li><li>The awareness of cost and timing.</li><li>Ability to solve problems independently and the awareness of result-oriented.</li><li>Ability to work well in international teams, team-player.</li><li>Good communication skills and can get good result.</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
