Instead, you will serve as our internal TA "strike team," stepping in country-wide to support various districts on their hardest-to-fill roles.From headhunting skilled trades (like mechanics) to sourcing leadership and management talent, you will partner closely with local Operations Managers and District Directors across Canada to diagnose hiring pain points.
