You will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and assembling products with newly developed processes and technology. This role is based in Weirton, WV at our Form Factory 1 facility. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Operate manufacturing equipment and prepare raw materials, components, and hardware in strict accordance with work instructions and safety standards.</li><li>Optimize production output by ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of equipment downtime, quality metrics (rework/scrap), and cycle-time deviations.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot processing issues and continuously suggest modifications that enhance efficiency and product quality.</li><li>Maintain accurate productivity records, shift updates, maintenance logs, and pre/post-shift checklists using digital tools and software.</li><li>Uphold a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace in alignment with 5S standards.</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing production environment; experience with automated production processes is a plus.</li><li>Experience with good general manufacturing practices (GMPs)</li><li>Strong communication skills within a group of peers and the broader organization</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to be on your feet for extended periods </li></ul><h3>Where you'll work: </h3>This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
