You will lead a large, diverse team of direct report manufacturing associates, comprising both direct employees and contract labor. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role requiring strong operational expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment ranging from prototyping and trials to high-volume production.You will ensure that all production goals are met on time and act as the vital link between associates and the Production Manager to maintain a continuous improvement culture.
