Your tasks <ul><li>Own and grow a portfolio of strategic automotive accounts</li><li>Build deep, lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the account, from operational teams to executive sponsors</li><li>Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts, applying a Land and Expand strategy</li><li>Your approach is value-driven: you listen, understand evolving challenges, and provide tailored solutions that grow with the account</li><li>Lead business reviews, presentations, and demonstrations that reinforce the long-term value of the partnership</li><li>Work closely with other teams in the Revenue department, as well as Product and Customer Success, to make sure account needs are reflected in our roadmap and delivery</li><li>Keep transparency on your account pipeline, staying on top of administrative tasks and updating our CRM system</li><li>Stay on top of developments in the automotive and carbon management industry to anticipate account needs before they arise</li><li>Join the Carbmee team in Munich and get the unique opportunity to work with the biggest organizations in the world to help them reduce carbon emissions</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Extensive working experience in enterprise SaaS account management within the B2B tech environment, managing strategic, complex accounts</li><li style="font-weight:bold;">Native or fluent German and excellent English </li><li>Proven track record of growing existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management, paired with strong relationship-building skills</li><li>Experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred; experience in manufacturing, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics also makes you a strong candidate</li><li>Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business and strong desire to play your part in guiding the automotive industry towards achieving a net-zero mission. Experience working in the climate tech industry is a strong plus</li><li>Demonstrated success working with stakeholders to retain and grow revenue within existing accounts</li><li>Ability to collect and analyse account and market data to inform expansion and partnership strategy</li><li>You have experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot</li><li>You bring self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets, goals, OKRs/KPIs in alignment with our organisational objectives and strategy</li><li>You rely on excellent organizational and prioritization skills and you can manage your accounts and projects individually</li><li>You are a supportive team player, results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment</li><li>A positive, open-minded, and strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a self-driven work attitude</li><li>You are excited to join our diverse and international team in Munich.
