Why you should join our team<br>                <ul><li>Work on a meaningful challenge: decarbonizing industrial heat with proven technology already in operation</li><li>Join an international, growing company with a strong technical and commercial foundation</li><li>Flexible working model, including home office</li><li>Flat hierarchies and close collaboration across teams and locations</li><li>Modern office in central Hamburg (Gänsemarkt)</li><li>Mobility &amp; employee perks: fully covered Deutschlandticket, access to Corporate Benefits, and JobRad leasing options</li><li>Claude subscription with all the tokens you need</li></ul>            What you will do<br>                <ul><li>Every deal you close makes a real impact – for the environment, for our customers, and for us.</li><li>You will own the full sales cycle – from first contact to signed contract – reporting directly to our Head of Sales.</li><li>Your customers will range from medium-sized companies to multinational corporations based in Germany.</li><li>You will identify and acquire new prospects, develop your sales pipeline, and win new customers.</li><li>You will own the sales strategy throughout the tendering and proposal phase.</li><li>You will contribute to our go-to-market strategy.</li><li>You will support our customers with funding applications and develop an understanding of available public funding opportunities relevant to our projects.</li></ul>            Your skills and experiences<br>                <ul><li>You hold a university degree in a relevant field and have around five years of sales experience in the capital equipment or industrial manufacturing sector.</li><li>Ideally, you have experience in the energy industry, mechanical or plant engineering, or steam generation.</li><li>You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken), enabling you to support our German and international customers effectively. You are also willing to travel frequently.</li><li>You are resilient, proactive, and creative. You can respond quickly to new developments, seize opportunities proactively, and overcome obstacles and challenges.</li><li>We're looking for entrepreneurial deal-makers who are motivated by customer contact and genuinely love to sell – team players, not lone wolves, who see solutions where others see problems.</li><li>Our determination and ambition drive us to achieve our ambitious growth plans over the coming years.
