You will manage operational processes, optimize logistics workflows, and ensure our B2B customers are reliably supplied with vehicles at all times.</p><ul><li>Managing and optimizing day-to-day fleet operations across the DACH region</li><li>Planning and coordinating logistics processes (delivery, pickup, location distribution)</li><li>Owning operational KPIs such as availability, utilization and service quality</li><li>Working with workshop/maintenance teams to ensure fleet availability</li><li>Managing external logistics and service partners</li><li>Identifying and implementing process improvements in daily operations</li><li>Coordinating closely with Customer Success and Sales on customer needs</li></ul>            Your skills and qualifications<br>                <ul><li>Several years of experience in operations, logistics or fleet management</li><li>Experience managing operational teams and external service providers</li><li>Strong process and numbers orientation (KPI-driven approach)</li><li>Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills in daily operations</li><li>Willingness to travel within the DACH region</li><li>Good German and English skills</li><li>Nice to have<ul><li>Experience in mobility, sharing economy or last-mile logistics</li><li>Experience with B2B delivery customers (e.g. quick commerce, food delivery)</li><li>Confident use of fleet or route planning software</li></ul></li></ul>            What you can expect from us<br>                <ul><li>Competitive salary aligned with your skills and experience</li><li>High operational responsibility with direct impact on customer satisfaction</li><li>Varied role spanning strategic planning and hands-on daily operations</li><li>Collaboration with a dynamic, growing team</li><li>Flexible work arrangements with travel within the DACH region</li></ul>            Diversity<br>                <p>CYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
