Tasks include preparing, reviewing and finalize documents, corporate resolutions, reports and filings for subsidiaries regarding entity formation, maintenance and other subsidiary governance matters (including conversions, mergers, reorganizations, ownership transfers, name changes, qualifications to do business, annual meetings, annual reports, officer changes and amendments to organizational documents).</p><p> </p><p>A genuine interest in corporate governance, professionalism, high energy and flexibility to adapt to often dynamic priorities are essential to success. Critical skills needed include the ability to deliver timely, quality legal services to internal business units.
