Collectively, TP ICAP is the largest interdealer broker in the world by revenue, the number one Energy &amp; Commodities broker in the world, the world’s leading provider of OTC data, and an award winning all-to-all trading platform.The Group operates from more than 60 offices in 27 countries.  We are 5,300 people strong.  We work as one to achieve our vision of being the world’s most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.Job duties:<ul><li>Responsible for ensuring that all trades arrive from the various front end trade capture systems, and are processed into such in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure that all trades are delivered to the client, via a 3rd Party electronic mechanism (e.g. Markitwire, Reuters), where applicable.</li><li>Ensure that all confirmations are delivered to the client, via either Fax, or E-Mail.</li><li>Resolve any queries in relation to non-delivery of electronic confirmations, liaising with either the 3rd Party Vendor and/or the Ops Services team, to ensure delivery by amending the trade after any changes / permission being granted.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate entry of trades into various clearing venues, as appropriate.</li><li>Oversight of clearing and reporting processes relating to errors or defaults.</li><li>Liaise with brokers and/or customers in relation to non-delivery of fax and email.</li><li>Ensure that any incoming confirmations from a 3rd party broker, or an overseas branch, match the details that we have booked in our system</li><li>Monitor matching tools, ensuring that trades with overseas offices match in a timely manner and are delivered to Markitwire or Reuters</li><li>Monitor all electronic confirmation processes to ensure that clients are interacting with the trades, in a timely manner.</li><li>With reference to the above point, and in relation to SEF executed trades, ensure that all trades are cleared in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate, in accordance with the procedures defined.</li><li>Provide reports where required to Commercial and Operational management</li><li>Input of EFP Trades ensuring ASX regulations are followed.</li><li>Verification of Futures Trades and give up to counterparty.</li><li>Investigation and resolution of any confirmation/settlement queries</li><li>Review systems at end of day to ensure all trades are proofed / confirmed</li><li>Reconciliation of daily Futures Brokerage between Internal and External Systems</li><li>Review of Daily Brokerage Exception Reports and investigation into variances of actual brokerage compared to GUIBOS Brokerage set up</li><li>Maintenance of data and resolution of system queries/problems raised for Internal and External systems.</li><li>Reconciliation of end of month (EOM) Futures Brokerage to SFE and liaison with ICAP NZ and ASX.</li><li>Investigation of customer invoice queries relating to brokerage</li><li>Ensure the timely delivery of EOM information to Finance</li><li>Address ad hoc queries and analysis as required</li><li>Continual review of processes to ensure efficient workflow</li><li>Cross train in all settlement tasks, ensure staff are cross trained and adequate backup is available</li><li>Ensure timely response for yearly internal and External Audit.</li><li>Lead and manage new joiners, providing guidance and support as needed.</li><li>Analyze data and make recommendations for processes improvements, procedures, and systems.</li><li>Engaging in Projects and UAT.</li></ul>Person Specification:Knowledge<ul><li>Have good underlying knowledge of multiple asset classes, including Rates, FX Forwards, Fixed income, Money market and Futures.</li><li>Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Have experience managing trade flow, ideally from a financial services background, and be able to show evidence as to products knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with the front office.</li><li>Resolve queries in relation to non-delivery of electronic confirmations, liaising with either the 3rd Party Vendor and/or the Ops Services team, to ensure delivery, amending the trade, as necessary, subsequent to any changes / permission being granted.</li><li>Overview of external systems/platforms, such as RTNS &amp;
