Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible of the deployment activities for T.I.M.E.™ (Thermoplastic Injection Molding Excellence) methodology at the site aligned with corporate standards. </li><li>Drive corporate standardized practices across process development, validation, monitoring, control, and sustainment.</li><li>Support development of robust, repeatable injection molding processes using scientific molding principles.</li><li>Support process Injection Molding development activities.</li><li>Guide the team on DOE, process characterization, and operating window definition for injection molding</li><li>Reinforce adherence to established process standards and eliminate workaround-based practices.</li><li>Work with Engineering and Operations to resolve process variation and instability.</li><li>Support restoration of validated process conditions following deviations or changes.</li><li>Analyze process and metrology data (e.g., LSL/USL, variation, trends) and drive corrective actions.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams on DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Drive reduction of scrap, variation, and non-conforming product.</li><li>Provide training and coaching to site teams on T.I.M.E.™ methodology and scientific molding principles.</li><li>Develop strategies to sustain standardized practices across shifts and teams.</li><li>Ensure required documentation, standards, and records are completed and maintained.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. Materials Engineering preferred.</li><li>Master Molder® II certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding process engineering or hands on machine troubleshooting</li><li>Working proficiency in English.
