Working in partnership with leading global HVOR customers, Sensata develops Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. These products support safety-critical applications across next-generation trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. This role ensures that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands</li><li>Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation</li><li>Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results</li><li>Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity</li><li>Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)</li><li>Strong interpersonal &amp; collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers</li></ul><div><ul><li>Customer facing PM, leading a multi-disciplinary team in executing Program comprising of both HW and SW </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead all aspects in defining the business case for new opportunities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead specific Change Management projects in line with customer and company requirements. </li></ul></div>Essential Criteria:<ul><li>At least 2+ years’ experience in Project and/or Program Management. </li><li>Experience in leading development Projects </li></ul>Desirable Criteria:<ul><li>Background in an Automotive or fast paced technology development environment </li><li>Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements for the Automotive industry </li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
